Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, believes that removal of moratorium on the sale of land should be attended by a number of restrictions.
On Wednesday, A.Yatseniuk met the representatives of the local self-government bodies of Odessa region. The Chairman of the Parliament stated that relevant restrictions should be legislatively vested.
Therefore, A.Yatseniuk deems necessary to prohibit that non-residents own land of agricultural purpose.
Secondly, the State should act as an agent, and prevent any attempts of land speculation. Thirdly, it is necessary to define the purpose of every land plot.
